Hello and welcome to Little Tree Huggers Eco-Green Events! We operate one of the National Capital region’s most progressive and highly recognized bilingual, environmental preschools Monday to Friday. On weekends and holidays we have been repeatedly asked to host small events or weddings centered around our fully restored 200 year-old bank barn and cabin. The following is what we are able to offer in conjunction with a two-night reservation via airBnb:
Up to 25 guests (four of whom may spend the night), parking limited to 12 vehicles, catering is allowed but no food trucks. Cost: Four person two-night room reservation via airBnb plus $550.
26 to 75 guests (4 of whom may spend the night), parking limited to 20 vehicles, catering is allowed but no food trucks. Cost: Four person two-night room reservation via airBnb plus $2,250.

Most folks choose the two night room reservation option as it allows for a rehearsal dinner to be held on site and ample time for clean up after the event.
Tent set up is ok and use of our 200 year old bank barn is included. There is one 16’ table and seating for approximately 20 on assorted chairs and benches but you would need to rent additional tables and chairs to suit your party. There are two restrooms for your event as well as two full kitchens. Music is allowed until 11pm, no smoking on property and cleanup required.
It is strongly encouraged for environmental/recyclable food service items to be used in conjunction with the event to support our mission.
A $500 deposit is required within 7 business days of the airBnb reservation for either alternative.
