Hello and welcome to Little Tree Huggers Eco-Green Events! We operate one of the National Capital region’s most progressive and highly recognized bilingual, environmental preschools Monday to Friday. On weekends and holidays we have been repeatedly asked to host small events or weddings centered around our fully restored 200 year-old bank barn and cabin. The following is what we are able to offer in conjunction with a four-person, two-night reservation via airBnb:
Up to 15 guests (four of whom may spend the night), parking limited to 10 vehicles, catering is allowed but no food trucks. Cost: Four person two-night room reservation via airBnb plus $750.
16 guests to 30 guests (four of whom may spend the night), parking limited to 15 vehicles, catering is allowed but no food trucks. Cost: Four person two-night room reservation via airBnb plus $1,500.
31 to 50 guests (four of whom may spend the night), parking limited to 20 vehicles, catering is allowed but no food trucks. Cost: Four person two-night room reservation via airBnb plus $2,500.

We have discovered that the two night room reservation option allows the maximum flexibility for our guests. You can plan a rehearsal dinner on site and have ample time for set up and clean up after the event.
Tent set up is ok and use of our 200 year old bank barn is included. There is one 16’ table and seating for approximately 20 on assorted chairs and benches but you would need to rent additional tables and chairs to suit your party. There are two restrooms for your event as well as two full kitchens. Music is allowed until 11pm, no smoking on property and cleanup required. If any furniture is rearranged, we kindly request it be put back in place.
It is strongly encouraged for environmental/recyclable food service items to be used in conjunction with the event to support our mission. Food scraps should be put in trays for compost and trash should be placed in receptacles outside the barn.
A $500 deposit is required within 7 business days of the airBnb reservation for either alternative.
We also offer professional photography services for a flat fee of $2,000 for any event. The following is the portfolio of our photographer, Heaton Johnson: https://www.heatonjohnsonv.com/weddings. Standard photography rates in this area average approximately $4,000 per event.
